really great stuff. cassidy being back in the show managing to not be bad is a minor miracle. the conversation about whether sex was on the table was really fun, but the moment where she gives kevin a talking to about how he blunders into relationships and fucks them up was really great. the randall plotline was extremely funny. i loved all the kids dancing around randall and beth to make the dinner go well. randall is (as usual) in the wrong and its great tv also a great kate episode (you can count them on one hand). hannah zeile is really great here. her conflict with rebecca was really powerful stuff, and the present-day resolution was even stronger. the sequence of rebecca teaching her daughter and grandson piano was wonderful.
