what a great first season! this was so good and such a smart idea to make this spin off more horror and slasher themed because it worked really well. absolutely love the liars, individually and together. each of them have such interesting stories and relatable characteristics. i’ve seen critiques that the friendship between them is forced but sometimes there’s an instant click and you don’t need to have a lot in common with someone to become friends and it’s clear they care for each other. i also think that the heavy themes they decided to tackle were handled very well and with care and that is so important, pll hasn’t always done that... and then the last episode… GIVE HER HER TENS because that shit had me gasping a few times with plottwist after plottwist but that A reveal… but idk how to feel about ezria adopting imogen’s baby… the child’s going to a couple where the mom was groomed by the dad in high school… idk if she would be too thrilled about that giving what happened to her bailee madison? queenie, what a scream queen she is. i was actually fearing for her life multiple times. all in all: this was excellent and i need a second season.
