Fun visuals! This show hasn't really let us down when they visit the Astral Plane for a skirmish. I like knowing a little more about Xavier's early history too, in which Storm has a little part of interest as well.

Robby from the Friends from Work Podcast wondered what it would have looked like if the Shadow King assumed the Adversary's role in the Lifedeath arc, and I have to say, I think that would have been an improvement. Not only do we just know more about the nature of the Shadow King as a being, so it's not as confusing an enemy as the Adversary is, but having a foe who shares a past with Storm since she was a literal child (before she was a "goddess") would have lent so much more weight to their struggle.
