no, listen…. harlots is genuinely one of my favorite period dramas and i’ve watched the first two seasons a few times through the years but i never got to finish it… and then last year i tried, i swear i tried… and i would’ve finished it… were it not for one wretched event in episode 3 (i won’t spoil it but if you know you know). i remember distinctly how i was just left speechless even though i already knew it would happen and then just could NOT force myself to watch any more of it 😭 anyways i think it may be time to finally force myself through it so i can know the whole story of a show i love so much… even though this season already feels completely different in its very essence from the other one…
