Vikings S5 has been causing me to lose brain cells so I wanted to start something new and refreshing. Let’s just say this isn’t too far off from Vikings S5 level but it’s solid and somewhat refreshing. It sets up our main character and the stakes at hand right away. It’s nothing new or exciting in the way it does it but it’s fine for what it’s going for. I felt tho the dialogue and even the plot can be super cliche and tropey and even corny at times. The concept is quite intriguing but how long can it play out for? Joes an interesting character, he’s quite charming and I’d like to learn more about him. Beck is beautiful but she seems like the typical blonde. Things just felt way too convenient but this doesn’t seem like prestige television so I’ll turn my brain off and watch Dexter lite for the time being and try and have some fun!!!
