This is what a masterpiece of a season looks like. The story of this show is in its best form this entire season, and has the two best episodes in the entire show in my opinion. This season revolves around Bojack going into rehab, and when the past comes back to haunt him in the future. This season was written extremely well, and was an incredible final season of this amazing show. Bojack is at his best this season, as he finally begins to have peace with himself as he is teaching at a college as a professor, but nothing good ever lasts. As his horrible past comes back to bite him in the ass. As much as I wanted Bojack to be happy and live a good life, his past was too strong and there was too many wrongs he couldn’t escape. His arc this season was so incredible, and it comes to a climax in 6x15, which is the best episode in this entire series. Also, my second favorite episode is 6x7, I just loved the feeling of everyone being at peace. It was nice while it lasted :) Diane finally does what’s best for herself and gets out of LA, and even ends up getting engaged! GOOD FOR HER. Todd is amazing this season, I’m so glad. He ends up with a girlfriend, and his and Princess Carolyn’s relationship really grows throughout this season. I loved that he reconciled with his mother! Mr Peanutbutter has a fun arc this season, but he ends up being alone. Similar to Bojack, I believe he is better off alone. The final two episodes of this show are so emotional, and some of the greatest episodes I’ve ever seen. The scene with Secretariat is one, if not the greatest scene I’ve ever seen. Absolutely incredible. This may not have been the ending I wished for, but it was the most realistic finale to a series I’ve ever seen. Phenomenal.
