And after 17 years we finally see Lucci and Luffy clash once again. Toei did not fail to impress😭🙏🏽 you could tell they had a lot of fun making this. They included a meme as an impact frame and had Luffy slap his ass (GYATTT). Onto the actual fight tho, Lucci’s transformation into his Awakened Zoan form was *chef’s kiss🤌* bro looked so tuff, I thought Luffy might have some trouble but ye nah Luffy was quite literally toying and playing with Lucci. Interestingly, Lucci did put somewhat of a fight which ik damn well didn’t happen in the manga but not complaining, props to Toei for making him look more intimidating and formidable. My goat🙏🏽. I was full on expecting this fight to be covered in one ep based on how I heard it went down but that evidently wasn’t the case so having to wait two weeks is gonna be a pain but I’ll let it slide cuz they put so much effort into animating this and so a break is only deserved.
