You don't understand, this is personal. Imagine you fall in love with "the wrong" person which will consume your whole life and you know you're doomed because you could never live a happy life with that person, it just doesn't work, but you also can't live without them, so you're just stuck in this cycle of bliss and agony but it's worth it because that is still better than being lonely for the rest of your life. Istg if this ever happens to me... guess I'll know what to do 😃
