The greatest tragedy in TV history is Freaks and Geeks somehow only getting one season. There’s never been a better coming of age piece of entertainment in the history of filmmaking. It’s so brilliant, hilarious, relatable, and emotional. Paul Feig & Judd Apatow delivered on such a spectacle that just couldn’t be topped in the coming of age genre. The cast is unreal top to bottom with most of the actors becoming huge movie stars and filmmakers. Linda Cardellini and Martin Starr steal the show as Lindsey and Bill two of which are some of my characters in television ever. It’s also a show I can put on any day of the week. It’s insanely rewatchable and never fails to crack me up.
