This is literally a journey through hell, dale our protagonist has been throughout the show the embodiment of good, he's kind, polite, always manages to find the beautiful moments in horrifying scenarios, but here he has to literally stay the night at the house of evil, a maze of red rooms that lead into each other in an endless loop. Each room confronts him with a failure or a potential failure, he is met with doppelgangers that parallel each other and set the ideas of good and evil apart from another, but show how thin the line between the two is, fire is used to represent the evil we bring out into the world, it comes from hell, it comes from inside us and shoots out of us and is returned back to us. "Fire walk with me." Fear is what allows us to become controlled by a corroded and perverse version of ourselves that does nothing but harm us, the fear of death, the fear of being alone, and the trial of beyond life and death is fighting fear; and few of us ever win
