To catch psychopathic killers, you need to be a little crazy. When the series came out last year, something didn’t grab me from the trailer, and I decided not to watch it. But fate had other plans because I accidentally saw an advertisement that it would be broadcast on television, so I thought, why not take a look? And I don’t regret it. The reason I liked the drama and gave it 5 ⭐ is probably because I had very low expectations.
In this series, there wasn’t a single normal person. Everyone was eccentric. 😂
Shin Ha-Ru, aka ‘Doctor Brain,’ is strange, especially when he smiles with his psychopathic grin, but I liked how he managed to get into other people’s minds.
Geum Myung-Se, on the other hand, is honest, hardworking, and always ready to help.
The two of them were simply a top-notch team. There’s no other duo like them. Throughout the series, they bickered like a married couple. But when it came to uncovering the killer, no one could stop them.
In the team, there were two more members, but I only saw ‘Doctor Brain’ and the police officer.
The humor was on point. There was never a dull moment. Of course, it wasn’t just humor; but it made the episodes lighter.
The cases themselves were very interesting and instructive, each one investigated over two episodes.
The animations that popped up when Ha-Ru explained how the brain works due to various influences were incredibly cute.
One thing I didn’t like was why, in the last episode, they had to tease us about the next case. It only fueled my curiosity. Zombie? Now that was quite intriguing. I wanted to know more about the case—why did they take that away from me? 😂"
