I love how maggie gave glenn a damn wake up call like he seriously deserved to know his worth. hes literally on the same level as rick, daryl and shane when it comes to fighting and survival and maggie was so right mentioning how he's seen as just bait to the group. It's a great start for character growth ughhh i love it. 
It also strengthens glenn and maggie's relationship because she’s trying to help glenn become self-aware of who he is and what he’s truly capable of.
