Star Wars Resistance Season 2 is the final season of the series as it aired on Disney Channel in 2019. This season still ties into the Sequel Trilogy which does it in an interesting way.  The voice cast returns as their characters who have more to them this season as we learn more about them. With Kaz, Neeko, Yeager, and the rest of the Colossus trying to survive. No Poe Dameron or BB-8 this season which was a bummer but we did get Hux and Kylo Ren this season which was cool to see. This season was about the Colossus traveling the Galaxy as they're trying to find the rebellion as the First Order is after them. This season takes place after the Last Jedi as the Resistance is broken, which they could have done more with that. What I liked about the series is how it explores more Star Wars lore from dragons, alien species, and so much more. I liked how we learned more about the Resistance and the First Order too. But once again, this season has its flaws. I feel like it forgets some of the characters and some stuff that it sets up earlier in the series that could have been explored more later on. The way it ended was nice, but at the same time it didn't pay off well. We see them looking for the resistance, then it is completely forgotten. But the main flaw with the series is that Kaz is just too goofy to the point where it doesn't work. Overall Star Wars The Resistance wasn't a bad series. It is nowhere near as good as Clone Wars and Rebels, but it explores more Star Wars which is enjoyable. Rating: 7/10 Grade: B-
