This was truly Jelinskys premiere and boy did he shine as bright as the flame that burnt out... In one episode he really:

- Called himself the Monster
- Got the episode title
- Voluteered to do the Sweat Task and gave up
- Volunteered to go on the Journey, folded like a lawn chair on said journey, giving two others an extra vote while losing his own vote
- Told his tribe that he gave the others an extra vote
- Contradicted himself at tribal after Probsts called em out and then gave up AGAIN trying to explain himself..

What a run by the closest thing we've gotten to another Zane Knight in more than 10 years... It was a tank of epic proportions... And I found myself just wishing he'd stop talking as each sentence would just dig him deeper and deeper into the massive hole he created for himself.. 

This premiere was probably the most enjoyable of the New Era in my opinion, and this group seems to be an absolute mess... Tevin seems to be the main character and his charisma is contagious. He and Q are my personal favorites at the moment.. Other notable standouts were Soda, Tiffany, Bhanu & Maria.. The way Maria hacked the Journey was incredible.. And showed how "Savvy" she can really be.. All in all an extremely fun start to Survivor 46!! 

The gecko was also a cool call back to Chauy Girl from Survivor Thailand!!
