Excellent first season for "The Big Bang Theory": In fact, not only did I find this first season extremely enjoyable, in fact the episodes, although they only last about 20 minutes each, seemed to me to last much less; this aspect is helped a lot by the humor of the series, which, being the first comedy series I've seen, struck me a lot, although obviously it's not always funny. Even though I didn't like the first episodes very much, it doesn't take long for the series to recover, presenting, episode by episode, not only good quality, although not always, but also often interesting premises. From a character point of view, this first season does not have many defects, in fact each one is characterized very well, starting from the protagonist, Leonard, who I loved right away and I appreciated his relationship with Sheldon and above all that with Penny, more character who has become one of my favorites from this series; while Sheldon, well what can I say, except that he is certainly the best characterized character and probably also one of the funniest, at least in my opinion, who could have been my favorite if it weren't for the fact that sometimes I really found him unbearable; for the other members of the group I can say that Howard, given the way they characterized him, is, for now, the funniest, while Raj, again regarding characterization, is a wasted potential, because given the fact that he fails to speak in the presence of women, very often he remains silent doing little or nothing other than making people laugh, entertainment which after a while got bored of me because many scenes in this season in which Raj is in, Penny is also in it, I really hope that this will be changed over the course of the series. From an acting point of view all the actors did a good job, but I think I won't forget Jim Parsons' performance as Sheldon, really very good.
