Gosh, Roxy's dialogue is so tiring; it's catchphrase after catchphrase, every word that comes out of her mouth is eye-rolling. She's getting a spotlight a few decades too late, speaking like a damn 60s Adam West character. The one positive comment I have is that the animation isn't half-bad, at least. Oh, and it's so weird that Cobblepot, the one villain that should be keeping a low-profile the most, hires the most extravagant henchwoman in the entire series to do his illegal work for him. And I forgot to mention it before: they strayed further from the DeVito inspiration and that DESTROYED Penguin's design.
