I wish this show did a better job building up side characters like Charlie. If we had gotten moments of him interacting with Terry in previous episodes/seasons it would have made his transformation into Big Time more compelling and tragic. There are tons of examples of this in the show, where a character that just happens to be close friends with Terry randomly pops up and becomes relevant (i.e. Howard, Maxine) and I think that might be the largest flaw of this otherwise great cartoon.
