was lucky enough to be at the finale premiere and waiting in line for hours has never been so worth it! the energy in the theatre was so intoxicating and then it gets to THAT part and the audience totally fades away! not actually, lots of laughs and gasps but i was totally zoned in. that scenario, visual, the pleading asher makes and the bigger implications of it had me stunned  and haunted by it for weeks. it REALLY got to me, the whole thing did! i’m rewatching it with my mother now, and somehow i remembered every scene despite terrible memory. the feelings this show produces are so potent and palpable, honestly more effecting and disturbing then most anything else. this show will definitely leave you with big thoughts and feelings, and i don’t think i can ever fully understand it but fuck is it amazing to try! so well written, so destined, so full of intention, it’s an old ghost story in a new world and a story of the new in a ghost world. haunting and hilarious and unique.
