I was recommended this from a small group of people I chat with online. I found the premise intriguing and I remember being interested in it. I figured it was also short, at 3 seasons, so it was worth a watch.
The first season was decent, but I could tell it was going off the rails a bit. Second season went more off the rails, and the third season was just what the heck? The show feels like an ADHD fever-dream. The writers went "LOST" esque in creating a menagerie of plot points that never really made sense, and *so often* did the thing where they show a different timeline only to explain what happened later in the episode. My gosh that trope got old quick. If I were still drinking, I might have rewinded a bunch to ensure I didn't miss anything.
I just really didn't care about the motivations for anyone, and the actions rarely made sense to me. I found the show to be a mess with a decent premise. By the end I was half-heartedly watching and playing Retro Bowl on my phone.
