I couldn't wait for the Netflix adaptation, which I hope D&D will do well. I suggest others wait. (Or, if you have not read the book, do that!) Ultimately, this was not bad, but its pacing was bad, production just fine, and acting subpar. What it did well was to retell a great story, but it stretched it out and didn't know what to emphasize. The show ends up being simultaneously boring and silly compared to the book, but it's OK on its own.
