I don’t usually log individual episode but wow??? This was a perfect episode?? In under 20 minutes, doing on long take from like 3 mins in until the end?? Like it felt like live theatre. Character relationships blowing up left and right, the amount of work and stress at an 11, and there’s no time to stop because the kitchen is on a high speed frenzy. Easily best-of-the-year level material.
