Another fantastic episode that really highlights the military's weirdness and obstruction. In this case, we see them constantly lie and risk the lives of innocent people in the hopes of vengeance. In this heartwarming tale, we learn more about Gibbs mysterious past. I really enjoyed the final perpetrator and the outcome of the case! Overall, this was a fantastic episode where Gibbs is just as much in the dark as the audience but it still is interesting and engaging.
