This is an episode that will never be replicated. I think it rearranged the way I process fear or something because I can’t stop feeling like I want to cry over how scared I was, but I can’t because of how much it shook me.
As someone who has never checked out any of David Lynch’s work before starting Twin Peaks, Beyond Life & Death is one of the most surreal experiences I’ve ever seen any artist achieve with the accessibility of their vision & craft.
I’m not going to declare this as my new favorite episode of all time yet (I want to let it settle in a bit longer), but it’s very close to being that.
I almost started shaking from the events of this episode.
I can’t imagine what FWWM & The Return is going to do to me.
