Rick and Morty season 7 is definitely an improvement from the previous few seasons. The new voice actors are incredibly close to how Justin Roiland sounded and the removal of him this season seems like the main reason this season is one of the better ones. Inconsistent is how I would describe this season as a whole. There are some absolutely classic Rick and Morty adventures this season, but there are also some absolutely boring and overall pointless episodes that make the season overall pretty unbalanced. I don't remember if this was the case before, but I felt this season had characters like Jerry and Summer have one episode to themselves and then barely appear in any other episodes. Even though the past few seasons were bad, I still liked the other family members getting involved for whatever reason. Due to the downfall of Rick and Morty in recent years, I wasn't even going to bother watching this season, but I am happy to say that I had a good time and I hope it is only up from here. If they manage that, then Rick and Morty could actually be respected again as a funny yet creative show.
