A pretty tame effort with the first swing of the bat for Snowfall. A very slow yet satisfying season. A lot of 1st seasons are like this and i was forewarned about it being slow so I’m willing to give it a pass. Let’s hope the next few seasons encapsulate more of what the S1 finale was, because I’m definitely in for a treat. On a different aspect, I really dig the colour grading in Snowfall. I know that sounds dorky and something a film student would say, but it’s a brilliant stylistic choice with vibrant and contrasting sets, which often reflect a tone or moment. It’s really unique. Franklin is the young goat 🐐🐐
