Waaaaaay too rushed. Felt like two episodes worth of events crammed into one, with really bizarre editing and vibes all around. Just a clunky episode.

Should probably lose most of the fan service and cringe dialogue. Some of that stuff works pretty well, but mostly, it’s just kinda bad. I was surprised by how good the cinematography and animation was here; the beach episode is peak animation. Most of the show is fun and super light and breezy which is fine, but I really hope they lean into the type of stuff they did in the beach episode more for the next season.

i watched this thinking it was gonna be something cute, like something fun about dress up or a sweet romance-(comedy?) but unfortunately it’s just a show full of soft porn for incel’s. so disappointed :( definitely a waste of a story-line, i love the characters and everything about the cosplay and hina doll’s. the final episode was good

First off i’ll just address the elephant in the room with this show, I know it’s an ecchi but for me personally there’s just way too much fan service in this, and it gets downright uncomfortable at times. With that being said though there are some good elements here, and when the show isn’t displaying soft core porn, it’s genuinely not bad with a cute sprouting romance, some decent character moments, and a nice over arching storyline with the cosplay aspect of the show. If you’re looking for a romance and don’t mind some ecchi, My Dress Up Darling should do the trick, but if you’re a normal person you should probably stay away from this one.
