get me in the writers room THEY NEED ME issues include: pacing lighting telling not showing progression of percy-annabeth relationship is too fast they wrote percy’s mother slightly wrong (actress is perfect) the cast is perfect. wouldn’t change a thing.

it’s a fine show like meh

(did not rewatch just needed to do an actual unbiased critical review) pacing issues. bad camera work. not enough of a payoff for the buildup. fire soundtrack.

there are certain parts of this show that i hold dear to my heart, i think seasons 3-6 are when the show peaks, one of them even being a five star season imo, but anything around those seasons are very very mediocre/worse. obviously the critique about fatphobia, homophobia, etc etc. also i don’t und

amy loves to just throw in an awful play that throws off the balance of the entire episode and season. extra points because of lesbians

watched most of this the same day as dope sick and liked dope sick better. this one was kinda boring until the second half of it when the reporters and mr. 13 reasons why and his lab partner became main characters. i will give them the fact that it was pretty funny.

i’m sorry i can’t join the hype. loved all the actors and (some of) the characters this season. still a very lackluster show when it comes down to writing and story structure.
