Severance (2022)

S02 E01 · Hello, Ms. Cobel
The premiere of SEVERANCE season two took too long to get here, but it hasn’t missed a beat. Just as weird and gripping as ever, but with an even darker edge, begging a thousand fascinating questions. Perfectly directed. Can’t wait to see where it goes from here.

DISCLAIMER is the real deal. Impeccably written, this incendiary drama dissects the stories we believe and the lies we tell - even to ourselves. Stunning storytelling allows the story to unfold in constantly surprising ways. Cate Blanchett and Kevin Kline are gripping - as is the entire ensemble.

ONE DAY is a wonderful, time-spanning romance. With two captivating leads, the show captures the beauty of young love and friendships, along with the heartache of passing time. Perfectly charming with a bittersweet edge, this is a timeless, satisfying story.

MR. AND MRS. SMITH is so, so good. An effortlessly cool spy-rom-com. Donald Glover and Maya Erskine make a perfect odd couple, with phenomenal chemistry and style. It’s definitely more relationship-comedy than thriller, but that hilarious balance worked so well for me. Don’t miss it!

The Last of Us (2023)

S01 E01 · When You're Lost in the Darkness
The Last of Us brilliantly sets up this series with a thrilling first episode. It perfectly captures the bleak tone of the game, but opening it up for new viewers to the world. Lots of intense moments in this pilot, but all rooted in the humanity of the characters. Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey’s c
