Wowwww so Carranger is gonna keep being gross and sexist huh. In Pink's first solo episodes she spends the whole time devastated because she went from 100 lbs to 104 lbs. Everyone spends the whole episode talking about how fat she is and I can see her fucking ribs. Ha ha you know what's funny kids?
Super Sentai has done a lot of dumb sexist shit, but this is up there as one of the worst. Pink and Yellow getting into a petty argument about neither having a boyfriend that gets to the point of them physically fighting each other and abandoning the mech in the middle of a fight to go sulk by the o
Bro what the hell was this? Oh no Raita is secretly scared of tomatoes so let's make a scary tomato monster that he won't be able to fight. It's so shockingly out of character for him and he rarely gets any episodes for himself anyways so this one was a real let down.
Bulk and Skull that's your son! Rude! Where do they keep those morphed? They're too big for their back pockets. Aw he does think they're his parents! A fictional magician from a children's book is your old friend Rita? That's so sad they killed your son and you don't even care. Alpha why did you hav
Zack saw a snake and now his self confidence is shot. Did Quagmire break the fourth wall? That gay little weirdo is fed up with them already. Where are their communicators and power coins? Are they invisible? I love extra gay angel bulk and Skull. Goldar even says it's an illusion and Kimberly is ju
Was this show good? No.
But will I miss watching it tho? Also no.
There was barely anything memorable in this show other than the fact that its kinda nice to see the seeds of what grew to be great stories in later sentai installments. The rangers are given very little to do, none of them go through
holy shit, what a way to introduce a villain, BANRIKI MAOU IS AWESOME.
best episode so far, i can tell the seeds of Rita Repulsa and Lord Zedd sprouted from here. and the whole red ranger vs villain commander dynamic HELL YES
"In another life, I would've really liked just being Battle France in Battle Fever J with you." - Paul Izaki, prolly.
I'm disappointed because I thought they were going to expand the lore a bit more but it was just an excuse to do another fking stock footage recap.
Damn, this episode was suspenseful.
It had a good balance between existentialism and nihilism.
It also makes you wonder how you’re going to live to see tomorrow.
This was such a great episode.
While I love how the premise is loosely inspired by The Boy Who Cried Wolf story, I also love how it shows a young boy named Shinya doesn’t conform to peer pressure and chooses to like what he likes that is MegaPink in this case. That was the best part in my opinion.
I love the ‘90s editing special effects so much.
It’s so cool, vast, and way ahead of its time, considering the world wide web that is the internet was barely being created at the time.
Overall this was a very neutral episode, but still enjoyable. The moving eyes on the faucet were funny
I'm also including a review for the bomb hurricane here, (The movie thats just a widescreen version of a new episode):
2/5 stars
Would have been perfectly fine for if I didn't have to see the frea
Definitely a more engaging episode than others. I wish the Trojan plan was a little less obvious but tbh I was also surprised who drove the tank. I always forget about 007.
Started this show a little over a year ago on a whim, but eventually fell off of it for a while. Feels right that I waited until the 50th anniversary year to get back on it and finally finish it to fully see how the Super Sentai series began.
Right off the bat, the show makes it clear that it has n
Well damn. That's gotta be one of the most rushed toku finales I've ever seen 💀. Really demonstrated the hubris of both EAGLE and Black Cross Army's sheer incompetence. The Black Cross Emperor really just let them win at the end of the day. It's fun as a standalone Goranger episode but very disappo
I'll admit, these last 10 or so episodes have been a bit more anti-climactic than I expected (this episode is quite good though, especially towards the end, even if the plot is a bit derivative). Here's to hoping the finale is cool at least
Fun episode, but I wish they'd stop doing my GOAT Daita dirty by randomly making him a perv for cheap gags.
Also trigger warning I think they actually legit killed some goldfish irl for a shot this episode? So skip if you don't want to see that.
