The GOAT is back and hasn’t missed a step

In my opinion, twists need to work in two ways. First, they need to recontextualize everything you have seen up until this point. Second, they need to create a clear path forward. I believe "Girl Gun Lady" nailed it on both accounts.

I knew exactly how it was going to end and still found myself annoyed with it, and the show had the audacity to treat it as some surprise. It's the same thing that has happened for the last four episodes. I would've been more surprised if it didn't take the easy way out narratively.

One of Frieren's strength is that they can drop any character into the story and you are automatically invested into them, and that is no different with our priest here. There was also just a lot of good moments of our characters playing off each other, a great episode I really enjoyed

I enjoyed all the kaiju elements; the animation and choreography in the fight scenes were good. However, the characters and writing didn't feel the strongest. Hopefully, now that the real story is about to start, that will improve.

"The Youngsters must be Fed"

This show was tailored for 8 year old me who always felt bad for the monster of the week being beat in power rangers. Fight on, Fighter D!

I typically refrain from commenting on set design or cinematography, but the attention to detail in this show is so well-executed that you genuinely feel transported to the 1600s. Its always these random 12 ep anime that hit the hardest. Show was good, last two episodes hit like an emotional truck though. Love that last scene as well, made me so happy, even though it means there probably won’t be a second season.

Definitely an underrated episode. I think it's about time we got more of Cobel. It's honestly fitting that it happens right after the last episode. It gives us time to breathe and set up the final two episodes. An amazing, low-key episode. It provides even more of Lumon's dark backstory.

The mind comes first. W Empress for letting them study. Taichi is real for that.

Man, I don't think there is a single redeeming quality. I liked seeing Gus again, I gus. He's from The Wire. The visuals are awful. The color correction/grading, the lighting, and the cinematography are all awful. There's little cohesion, and it definitely doesn't have the grittiness of the Netflix

Nice to see all those characters and Scott Pilgrim himself. I'm really intrigued as to where Cooper's mental state and the ending are going to go.

"My team. That's very important to me." This episode is so peak. The matches are incredibly tense and extremely entertaining to watch. You never know who is going to win. Everyone has come so far. They are a true team.

Next episode is going to be hype.

This show just handles these characters so well when it comes to their different styles of Karuta. It's brilliant.

"Today is the day. The day Chihaya's dream became real." "But it still hurts." Like I said when I first watched this, this is where Chihayafuru truly begins. They, we, all got a real taste of what it's going to take. "We're rivals!" "Until we meet again." I love this show so much.

The way Chihaya reflects and uses her past is so inspiring. Love that she copied Sudo. "This is my first card again." The Queen is fun.

This was a nice Arata episode. It's only fitting Chihaya's match would end up like that. "Next time, we'll meet in a match."

I'm more lost than ever.

This wonderfully builds off the previous episode. The Black Lodge stuff was insane as usual. Interesting stuff. It's cool seeing how these characters have changed, like The Arm lmao. I can only imagine how people who were there for the original seasons felt watching this.

I love how methodical this is. There is a lot of room to really digest this wide array of details that I trust will all lead somewhere. Most likely to Twin Peaks. Production-wise, I think it all looks and feels fantastic. It's very engrossing. It is somewhat different than the original first two se

We're already having great episodes like this? This is the 3rd-4th episode on One Pace. I love how dominant our team is now against goofy jobbers like the Franky crew. Such an awesome episode. Overall: 8.5/10
