Even a Sophocles episode can be exciting

Crazy how I don’t watch Pokémon for almost an entire month and the first episode I watch again is a Halloween one on Halloween. That’s pretty cool

Never liked this episode as a kid I had good taste then and now

The battle was fine. It’s a Sophocles episode so I couldn’t give less of a shit. I don’t like Sophocles’ character. Acts like a know-it-all 24/7

Basic, boring filler episode But I love seeing Alain get his final badge at the end. It’s so cool to hear Alain say that the sole reason he’s joining the Kalos league is to battle Ash. So cool.

Which of the Pokémon writers were high when this was written?

We could’ve gotten a good Eevee development episode. Maybe Serena and Eevee learning more about the Eeveelutions. But, no. We got this shit
