Cancelling this show with the Celtics winning it all and a Bad Boy Pistons tease that is going to go nowhere...fuck HBO man. Adrien Brody as Pat Riley, Quincy Isaiah as Magic and Solomon Hughes as Kareem deserve their flowers, all timer castings.

Um so this show got cancelled. Expected after the underwhelming ratings of season one, and then the ratings got worse for season two, with no awards to go with it. HBO handled the show terribly, and it’s probably the first big misfire for the network for cancelling this incredible show. With Zaslav

What a fun ride and nice step up from season 2. This season trims off alot of the fat that season 1 had and moves pretty fast. I think the pacing worked and didn’t work at certain points. Such a shame it got canceled so soon. Great performances by the cast, fun, meta, and probably one of the most unique shows out there with the vintage 80s visual style. Not to mention the show's opening credits for both seasons are 👌🏻👌🏻

This was such a good season and it's sad that the show got cancelled, we missed out on so much man, Celtics rematch, Bad boy Pistons, Micheal Jordan, Possibly even Shaq and Kobe man. I'll miss this show. FUCK BOSTON.
