A brilliant but idiosyncratic British detective and his resourceful local team solve baffling murder mysteries on the fictional Caribbean island of Saint-Marie.
Whoever created the theme tune deserves an award because I swear no other music brings me the same amount of joy as I get from that playing after just having seen a dead body.
Pretty solid. Some of the mysteries were a bit lacking, but most were decent. Ralf Little smashes it out of the park, especially in the back half of the season. So glad he's staying ❤️ My favourite Detective
With a new DI this season, they haven’t lost the vibe of the whole show… and I’m very happy about that.
But I will never forgive them killing of Richard Poole; couldn’t they have done something else instead??!!??!!???
This show is like the scene in the Australian comedy film "The Castle" where the judge asks the lawyer what part of the constitution has been violated in their case and he responds with 'just the vibe of it', I'd say that's why I like this show so much, just the vibe of it. The lovely Caribbean back
Another solid series. Do feel like the cast are slipping through our fingers now though. Convinced Neville will be the next to go after S12. Hope Darlene, Marlon and Naomi stay on though.
