like every other netflix show basically, with a few bad eps and great eps. the introduction to this show was fantastic (1-4) with a decent premise then 5-10 were confusing but nevertheless awesome in my opinion. the futuristic setting was stunning aswell exactly like blade runner. including GREAT voice acting in dub with a lot of nudity… nothing much else to say, should I play the game???

Incredible, incredible stuff. Makes me so sad that this, just like the game, likely won't Earn the incredible reputation it deserves (this didn't age well lmao). Another case where I want to rewatch before I write too much, but God I just loved everything about this asides from a couple questionable music choices. Everything here is just so purposeful and well executed and extraordinarily stylish, even for studio trigger, who specialize in making stylish and over the top anime. Might even be my favorite of their work so far, and it's definitely my favorite writing wise. So smartly written in its story and characters, all of it is so likable and meaningful and emphasizes the pure horror and loneliness of the city and how hard it is to Get rid of it, especially when you've already been drawn in by its vices. So, so happy this lived up to my expectations, cause it feels like I've been waiting for this for a century.
