So gentle and cozy like a warm hug I could cry, plus I actually learned about underrepresented parts of LA

City of Ghosts is one of the most wonderful, warm and comforting series I have ever watched. Not only does it have diverse characters but it revolves around minorities in Los Angeles. 

Most of the episodes actually taught me something. I had not learnt anything about underrepresented parts of America (specifically Los Angeles) prior to watching City of Ghosts, except for maybe the “basics” that you learn in school and come across on the internet in general. 

I cannot stress how much this is worth watching.

Another bonus was that there was LGBTQ+ rep and that is always important. Definitely something I would want to show my children. 

OH AND, the style is SO interesting. It’s a mix of animation and pictures from real life. LOVE IT.
