The effort in assembling a more diverse cast is appreciated but they don't have solid character backgrounds. I enjoyed the diversity of the show but having the teachers be gossip girl is weird to me because they are grown adults in children’s business, I know the kids are rich and rude but they still deserve to not be aired out on social media by their teachers.

it gets better when you watch it in a non serious way

the plot is horrible, the acting is terrible and most of the characters are so unlikeable except for monet and luna

this reboot isn’t what anyone wanted and the first couple of episodes were really lackluster and boring but it started to pick up around episode 6 or so, but by the end of season it got boring again, the finale wasn’t really exciting, but people say season 2 is better so we’ll see!
