that monologue was rough but beautiful, this is very sad to watch

Two things... His dad, unlike him, doesn't seem to take any shit.. That last sequence, the monolgue scene is some heavy, emotional, powerful stuff!!

What a performance from Richard Dadd in that closing scene. The first performance in a long time where I teared up and got goosebumps just from the acting and writing alone.

Holy shit.. that monologue is one of the best in tv. One of the most emotional eps I’ve ever seen. this show is so amazing man. I don’t even know what to say. Heartbreaking episode 5/5

richard gadd’s monologue at the very end destroyed me, had me ugly crying in class. this was clearly so raw for him and I hope he was able to get catharsis through this scene and through the creation of the show
