Michael doesn't want to upset the staff so he gets Dwight to pass on news about the company's reduced health provisions. Fed up with his nosiness, Jim and Pam pretend they are suffering from a variety of conditions including Ebola, Mad Cow Disease, spontaneous dentohydroplosion, hotdog fingers, nano
Best so far I think. This fleshes out Michael in a much better way than the first two episodes, introducing his need for approval and being liked. The fake disease stuff was great.
“In the wild, there is no health care. In the wild, health care is, ‘Ow, I hurt my leg. I can’t run. A lion eats me, and I’m dead.’ Well, I’m not dead. I’m the lion. You’re dead.”
Dwight Schrute’s Lorne Malvo era.
He just ruins every day
I feel like he's trying to be a good boss and make his employees love him and respect him but he is doing it so fucking crazy and bad
"right now, this is just a job. if I advance any higher in this company, then this would be my career. and, well, if this were my career, I'd have to throw myself in front of the train."
This is mid season for the very first season, and I think it would only be focusing on Michael first. Yeah, this kind of show needs more than 6 episodes in one season.
