Finally getting to see Maomao do even more apothecary work and even sort of doctor work by taking care of Lady Lihua. She was really intense with the lady’s in waiting but I get it, they weren’t really caring for their Lady as they should’ve.

Maomao was running that place in a week, as she should. The whole powder scene was fantastic. Did she inform Lihua of the ol' paizuri technique dkm?

Mao Mao is such a force. She is straightforward and takes no prisoners. Her love for poison is unmatched. XD I am quite impressed by this adaptation so far. The world of the court ladies and the inner palace is as stunning as it is unforgiving. I am so looking forward to continuing this.
