SHRINKING is the biggest surprise I've had with TV in ages. Jason Segel and Harrison Ford excel in this (especially Segel) and the balance of comedy and drama is perfect; it's uplifting, emotional and very moving. If you like Ted Lasso, I think you'll like this. Amazing stuff!

SHRINKING is the cozy, charming comedy I needed. It builds such a lovely ensemble that I just wanted to sit and spend more time with. It’s not as β€œjoke-a-minute” as Ted Lasso, but it’s just as earnest. So many sweet moments between friends, but it’s never, ever cloying. It’s hilarious, moving, and

Fuck you, Phoebe Bridgers

Warm-hearted, to a fault. Refreshingly "rude" in the sense it behaves like a formulaic sitcom that merrily drops a "FUCK" here and there, while courteously tackling mental health. I just feel like the dialogue is oddly cartoonish for comedy's sake and daughter drama feels childish. A therapist would

Apple TV+ has yet another gem on their hands. The perfect feel-good comedy series. The entire cast Jason Segel, Harrison Ford, Jessica Williams, Lukita Maxwell, Brian Urie are all amazing and doubt the show would be half as good without them making it work like they do. Can't wait for season 2. Best

3.5/5 - 3.75 Very curious to see where they take the story next season since we didn’t end on a cliffhanger like we did last season. I’m assuming now that Jimmy has begun to forgive himself, it’ll be his guidance that helps Louis do the same. Harrison Ford for the EMMY!

This whole show Harrison Ford has been so damn funny 😭😭

you know what, although at times i think it stumbled in either development or tone, i do think this really works, and largely thanks to the (particularly supporting) cast. i think either longer length episodes or just a longer episode season might have helped it, especially considering EVERYBODY is

This show was forgettable. It had some good moments sprinkled here and there, but overall it was mediocre. The characters and acting were terrible. Favorite Episodes: 1. 1x1 titled β€œCoin Flip” (7.7) 2. 1x2 titled β€œFortress of Solitude” (7.0) 3. 1x3 titled β€œFifteen Minutes” (7) Favorite Character

Harrison ford the goat Fr fr

This show isn't my favorite piece of media, and I definitely struggled with this season quite a bit. The first half especially made me question my life choices. Still, I'm happy to report that the second half was an improvement in every department. Better storylines, better dilogue, less comedy. The

It’s difficult to balance exploring heavy themes surrounding grief, loss, and mental health while also maintaining the comedy and lightheartedness, and Shrinking does an okay job at it. I wasn’t really impressed but also didn’t hate it, it was just… fine. The jokes didn’t land for me a lot of the ti

From the minds of Bill Lawrence and Brett Goldstein (Ted Lasso), along with and starring Jason Segel as the lead, Jimmy, Shrinking follows a grieving recent widower and therapist, as his personal life and depression begins to impact his professional life and his patients. A considerably sad premise

It was so funnnnnnnn I really thought I gonna hate this but this was so funny and the characters are my friends and It's just genuinely made me smile the all time

Damn good show. Has a lot of heart and handles all the emotions well. The comedy is also really great and the cast makes the show even stronger. A show that handles grief well and makes me believe these characters are real human beings and not just fictional people.

harrison ford is so good in this 😭

Jason Segel and Harrison Ford are great and this is an intriguing series that starts really strong. Excited to see where this goes

Touching, heartwarming, funny, sweet yet also not afraid to be raw. Also i love how the cast comprises the cast from shows that i've watched in high school 🀣

god I forgot what an amazing show this is. just genuinely a masterpiece. this season was somehow even better than season 1, didn't know it was possible?I'm so glad I chose to finish the year with this season, it’s definitely a great ending to my best year TV-wise. I really can't wait for the next o

great season, it was so good to see all the characters grow but also form such a beautiful bond between each other. having joyful moments with some truthful rough moments. harrison ford will be receiving that well deserved emmy

it's just such a beautiful show😭 it blends between comedy and emotion so well like nobody doing this like them! and I do really love all of those characters so much this is my family

Harrison Ford carries both the comedy and drama aspects of the series so well that he's the absolute powerhouse. When he's being annoyed, I'm laughing. When he's crying, I'm crying the shit out. This show is truly an escape from real life. Loved the theme of forgiveness this season!
