yeah, the book was way better. they changed a lot of things, the ending being one of them (which i didn’t hate because i also didn’t love the one from the book), got robbed of many natewyn scenes i loved, missed having ashton here, but it wasn’t the worst adaptation ever. it will ALWAYS be a five st
